Questions
Why do scores differ from Scrabble?
Words With Friends gives some letters different values. For example B and C are worth 4 instead of 3, and J is worth 10 instead of 8. The table on this page lists every difference.
Is every word accepted in Words With Friends?
Words come from the ENABLE list, which Words With Friends' own dictionary grew out of, but the two are not identical. The game has the final say.
Can I switch to Scrabble scoring?
Yes. Open Advanced options and choose Scrabble under Scoring.
